About the Event

Many dreams are broken. That is where we get the term, "Broken Brains." After a brain injury, we lose hope, think we are not good enough, never going to be able to do what we used to, and limit ourselves to opportunities all around us. What if through The Brain Bar Salon, we are able to create a new realm of possibilities around discovering, remapping, and owning our dreams so that we are able to go out and create a life that is meaningful. We can create new dreams instead of limiting ourselves to "Broken Brains." I know we can because I have been navigating my dreams on this journey for the past 24 years after my brain aneurysm. I look forward to inviting experts with fresh perspectives for a dialogue that will help transform all of our own possibilities.

For this year 2021 of The Brain Bar, we are bringing together all sides of the brain and creating a mind-expanding cocktail for you.  Every other month we will post the date and the theme online and surprise you with who will be guest speaking.

In the past, we have had Jim Kwik, Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor, Moran Cerf, Claudia Mason, NYU Chief of Neurosurgery, Matthew Zachary, Jessica Minhas, and many more. Listen in to learn how to retrain your brain and take your thinking to the next level!
